Introduction and General Agreement
Purpose of This Document
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the vl66 platform ("Platform", "we") and the person using it ("player", "you"). By accessing https://vl66.bio, opening an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

Minimum Age Requirement
Only players aged 21 and above may use the vl66 platform. We do not provide services to anyone under 21. If an underage person is found to have opened an account, it will be closed immediately and any balance will be forfeited.
Platform Access Restrictions
These services are intended for players in Myanmar. It is the player's own responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of their local area. The platform reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited.
Account Registration and Management
One Account Per Person Policy
Each player is allowed one account only. If more than one account is found using the same personal details, IP address, payment method, or device, all such accounts will be closed and any remaining balance will be confiscated.
Providing Accurate Information
The name, date of birth, and payment method name provided during registration must be accurate. Providing false, inconsistent, or fake information may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.
Password Security
Do not share your login password with anyone. Do not allow others to access your account. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account, and the platform bears no liability for it.
Account Closure and Suspension
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can contact us via 24-hour Live Chat or at [email protected]. If vl66 finds that these terms have been violated, the platform reserves the right to close the account without prior notice.

Deposits
When making a deposit, use only your own payment method. Deposits made from another person's payment account will not be accepted and will be reversed. Deposits are processed immediately. If there is a delay, please contact 24-hour Live Chat.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time of request. If KYC (identity verification) is not completed, withdrawals may be restricted.
To withdraw from a balance that includes bonus funds, the full Wagering Requirement for that bonus must be met first. Please read the bonus section below for more details.
Suspicious Financial Activity
If money laundering or irregular deposit/withdrawal activity is detected, the platform may suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation. Players have the right to provide evidence that their transactions are legitimate.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)
When you make your first deposit at vl66, you receive a 120% bonus — 120% of your deposit amount — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. The Wagering Requirement is 10x the bonus amount, meaning you must wager the bonus funds 10 times in full before any winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Balance 44,000 Ks → Wager 24,000 × 10 = 240,000 Ks before withdrawal is available.
- Example: Deposit 520,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks (maximum) → Balance 820,000 Ks → Wager 300,000 × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks before withdrawal is available.
Bonus Expiry
The Wagering Requirement for each bonus must be completed within the period specified from the date the bonus is issued. If the requirement is not met by the expiry date, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from the bonus will be removed from your balance. Your original deposit (principal) will not be affected.
Refer a Friend Commission
As the referring player, you will receive 10% of your friend's first deposit as bonus funds (up to 30,000 Ks per friend), plus an ongoing weekly commission of 0.3% of your friend's valid wager amount. Bonus-related activities are based on each player's legitimate play. If any form of coordinated play linked to your own activity is detected, bonuses will be forfeited.
Bonus Forfeiture
If you withdraw your deposit before the bonus Wagering Requirement is met, that bonus and all winnings generated from it will be forfeited. If any bonus is suspected of being used improperly, an investigation may be conducted.
Gameplay Rules
Available Games
vl66 offers Live Dealer games (Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, Sic Bo, Roulette), slots (providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI), football betting, crash games, and Shan Koe Mee. The games available may change over time.
Game Decisions
We ensure that game results are generated through a Random Number Generator (RNG) and agreed-upon Live Dealer protocols. Once a game round is complete, the outcome cannot be reversed. The platform reserves the right to review and correct any games affected by software exploits or server data errors.
Prohibited Conduct
- Playing using someone else's account instead of your own
- Using bots or software to hack or manipulate games
- Creating fake accounts to claim bonuses
- Colluding with other players
- Placing bets for the purpose of money laundering
If any of the above actions are detected, we reserve the right to suspend the account, forfeit the remaining balance, and take legal action.
VIP Levels and Cashback Policy
Three VIP Levels
vl66 has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The more you play, the higher your level — and the better your cashback.
- Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week
Cashback is paid out in cash once a week, based on your activity that week. There are no wagering requirements on cashback — you can play with it or withdraw it freely.
VIP Level Changes
VIP levels are reviewed once a month. If your activity drops, your level may be adjusted. If you have any concerns, contact us at [email protected].
Personal Data Protection and SSL Security
Personal Data Protection
Personal data provided by players is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All platform access and financial transactions are secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
Third-Party Sharing

Limitations of Liability and Dispute Resolution
Cases Where the Platform Is Not Liable
vl66 is not responsible for the following —
- Losses from bets placed by the player
- Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the player
- Game disconnections caused by the player's own network or hardware issues
- Losses resulting from the player's failure to secure their own account
- Issues arising from violations of laws in the player's local jurisdiction
Dispute Resolution Process
Any betting-related dispute must first be submitted within 24 hours via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. The platform will review payment records, game logs, and activity history before issuing a decision. That decision is considered final.
Changes to Terms
The platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published on the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please check this page regularly before taking any action.
